“Training and Services”

In recent years, some clinical laboratories have reported a number of problems concerning
Staff Training and After Sales Service.

 

It is unnecessary to emphasize how important is to prevent this type of problem.

Unfortunately, however, when choosing the company with which to collaborate,
one may not focus well on such aspects.

Maybe one focuses so much on the requirements and features of the product, or its price.

And this is certainly right.

But having problems when installing the application package
or not receiving adequate training for the laboratory’s technical staff,
could weigh heavily on the activity itself.

Not considering the biggest problem:

not having a fast and efficient after-sales service (could slow down or even block the clinical laboratory routine).

 

Now, I would like to list some of the problems reported by clinical laboratories
and then try to evaluate together possible SOLUTIONS.
