INSIGHTS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Treatment of an epileptic patient requires pharmacological and psychological contributions. In such a context the pharmacological therapy and the consequent monitoring have a decisive role in the immediate control of epileptic crisis and in the prevention in the medium\/long run of recurrence. Thanks to the monitoring of plasmatic concentrations of antiepileptic pharmaceuticals, it is in some cases possible to personalize the treatment for a single patient.<\/p>\n

Principle of the\u00a0 Method:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Antiepileptics are separated treating the serum\/plasma with a suitable precipitant. After addition of a stabilization Reagent the solution is directly injected into HPLC. .<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
