Free Catecholamines in urine by Fluorimetry (code Z10510) 100 test package. Principle of the Method: Catecholamines (Epinephrine, Norepinephrine, and Dopamine), after purification with Clean up columns, are derivatized with 2 specific reagents and incubate at 70 °C for 15 minutes. The derivatized solution, is injected in HPLC.
