These calibrators are used to calibrate the HPLC system for the quantitative measurement of the analyte contained in them. Each analyte has a concentration such as to allow the construction of a calibration curve on one point. These calibrators are lyophilized in human matrix and must be handled as if they were a patient sample itself.
